Recent sociological surveys show solid support of common Ukrainians of the country’s membership in the NATO. Ivanna Klympush-Tsyntsadze, Ukraine’s Vice Prime Minister for EU integration said that during her visit to France.

‘The latest surveys conducted by Kyiv International Sociology Institute point out that the support of EU and NATO integrations among Ukrainian citizens is growing. Apart from the high level of support for NATO membership (62 percent), there are 57 percent of Ukrainians supporting the country’s membership in the EU,’ Klympush-Tsyntsadze said.

According to the official, implementation of EU-Ukraine visa-free regime is the major reason why the level of support grows up.
