12 teams from neuropsychiatric and children's boarding houses from all over Ukraine took part in the football tournament, which was held by the rules of FIFA with the referee from the Kyiv Football Federation, UNIAN reports.
The tournament’s organizers set a press conference before the official opening on June 2. "Bell-Trade" CEO and organizer of the Seni Cup 2016 tournament Michal Wisniewski said the following: "The participation of Ukrainian teams in Seni Cup gives our children the opportunity to feel like professional footballers, to believe in their own strength and to go to Europe at the international final. Every year, our team showed very good and beautiful game. Ukrainian team won the international finals in Poland last year. "Bell-Trade" company will continue to implement this very important social project".
Professional judges from the Kyiv Football Federation evaluated the half-hour mini-matches. The teams played 16 games and scored 91 goals. The winning team of the tournament is from Shevchenko orphanage (Kharkiv region).The organizers chose a team of psycho-neurological boarding school from Artemivsk (Donetsk region) to go to the international finals Seni Cup. The event will be held in Torun, Poland in July. The Football Federation of Ukraine provided the teams with the official uniform of the country’s national team.
