Winter Olympics 2018: Ukrainians failed biathlon sprint, German athlete won

A 7.5 km women's biathlon sprint took place in South Korean Pyeongchang. The winner of the race was the representative of Germany, Laura Dahlmeier. Silver got Norwegian Marte Olsbu, bronze got Veronika Vítková from Czech Republic.

The best of Ukrainian athletes on the distance was Vita Semerenko. She has 14th place. Valentyna Semerenko took 46th place, Anastasia Merkushina - 55th, Irina Varvynets - 73rd.

We recall, tomorrow a biathlon sprint among men at 10 km will take place in the framework of Olympics 2018. The beginning is at 13:15 Kyiv time.
