Ukrainian freestyle skier Oleksandr Abramenko won gold in freestyle skiing today at the Winter Olympics.
He came in before China’s Jia Zongyang and Olympic Athlete from Russia Ilia Burov, who got silver and bronze respectively.
This way, Ukraine got its first medal in PyeongChang.
Oleksandr Abramenko is 29 and this is his fourth Olympics. He came in 27th in Turin-2006, 26th in Vancouver-2010, while in Sochi-214, he was the 6th.
