In his recent interview, Anthony Joshua shared his opinion on the upcoming bout between Oleksandr Usyk (17-0, 13 KOs) and Dereck Chisora (32-9, 23 KOs), Sky Sports reports.

The British heavyweight champion believes that his fellow compatriot might be able to test Usyk in the new weight category.

"When you're dealing with someone and you're not worried about their power, i.e Chisora may not be worried about Usyk's power, then Usyk may run into some problems," the unified heavyweight champion stated.

Joshua believes that footwork and distance management is a key to victory for the Ukrainian boxer.

"For Usyk, who is a cruiserweight? Yes, feet and movement. I was big enough to do that to Andy Ruiz Jr, to make him feel the power. Ruiz Jr knew that if he walked in without thinking about it then he might catch something," he stated.

However, the Briton recognizes Usyk's boxing abilities. "Then again, Usyk is one of the best fighters the world has ever seen in this generation," Joshua added.

As we reported earlier, Usyk and Chisora had their first face-off during the press conference that took place in London on March 13.
