Ukrainian swimmers win three more gold medals at 2020 Paralympics

Ukrainian swimmers Mykhailo Serbin, Yevhen Bohodaiko and Maksym Krypak won three gold medals at the Paralympic Games in Tokyo. This was reported on the official website of the Paralympics in Tokyo.

Bohodaiko won a gold medal in the men's 100m breaststroke. The Ukrainian overtook the Colombian and the Australian, who took second and third places, respectively.

Krypak represented Ukraine in the 100m freestyle. He managed to bypass the Australian and Italian.

The Serb swam a 100m on his back: he bypassed his compatriot Viktor Smirnov and a Chinese athlete.

As we reported earlier,Ukrainian Rufat Mahomedov won a bronze medal in judo (weight category up to 73 kg) at the 2020 Paralympics. 

Mahomedov defeated Vasiliy Kutuev from the RPC (Russian Paralympic Committee) in the fight for the bronze medal. This medal became the 26th award of the Ukrainian team at the current Games.
