The manager of the world’s champion in heavyweight Oleksandr Usyk Egis Klimas said that his ward would spend a week with him, as ESPN reported.
“He's right now resting. I'm not even calling him. He's coming here to the States to Los Angeles and we're going to spend a week together," Klimas said.
Besides, he said that along with the Ukrainian boxer, he will go to Canada on December 1, where Usyk will support Oleksandr Gvozdyk in a fight for the title of world’s champion in heavyweight against Adonis Stevenson. In a week after that, Klimas and Usyk will go to New York, where Vasyl Lomachenko will have a fight with Jose Pedraza for WBA and WBO champion’s belt in lightweight.
Earlier, on November 10, Oleksandr Usyk defended the undisputed champion title in heavyweight having knocked out the British Tony Bellew in Manchester.
