Ukraine's Health Ministry allows holding international matches with spectators

The Ministry of Health of Ukraine has allowed holding international matches with spectators. This was reported by the Ukrainian Association of Football (UAF).

"Matches held in the territory of administrative-territorial units where the ‘orange’ and ‘red’ levels of epidemic danger are established must take place with the participation of no more than 220 people and no more than one person per 10 square meters of building or territory (if the match is held outdoors) where the event is arranged," the statement said.

As we reported earlier, the national football team of Ukraine faced Spain in its second match of the UEFA League of Nations.

Ukraine’s national team was not able to hold its own against the more superior adversary. It was the Spanish team who got the initiative right at the beginning of the match. As a result, a crushing defeat for the Yellow Blues – 4:0.

In another Group A match, Switzerland and Germany finished with a draw. Thus, Spain leads the quartet with four points, Ukraine follows it with three points. The Germans have two points, Switzerland - one point.
