Ukraine gains fifth gold medal at 2018 Winter Paralympics

Oksana Shyshkova, the biathlete won the fifth gold medal for Ukraine at 2018 Winter Paralympics as the National Paralympic Committee of Ukraine reported on Facebook on March 13.

The Ukrainian took the first place in the women’s 10 km among the visually impaired athletes.  

The fourth Ukrainian gold medal at the Paralympics in PeyongChang was won by Taras Rad. The youngest athlete of the National Team of Ukraine won men’s 12.5 km, sitting.

The silver medalists in the biathlon are Ihor Reptyukh and Oleksandr Kazik, the bronze medalists are Lyudmyla Lyashenko and Yuri Utkin.
