National football teams of Ukraine and Bosnia played the FIFA World Cup qualification game in Lviv. The local stadium hosted the game on Tuesday night.
The home team looked quite confident in the first half. They controlled the ball and attacked more than their opponents. The supremacy became even more obvious when Andriy Yarmolenko opened the score: Viktor Tsyhankov landed a cross, and the captain of Ukraine's national team delivered a confident finish to the attack.
The goal in the away game became a wake-up call for the Bosnians. They landed numerous shots on Andriy Pyatov's goals but the goalie did just enough to keep the score.
Eventually, the guests managed to even the odds - not long before the game was over. Anel Ahdemhodzic easily finished a marvelous attack by his teammates. Ukraine's Pyatov was helpless in that situation.
Now, both teams score one point each. France still leads the way in the group.
