With its recent loss to the German side, Ukraine has lost the last chance to get first place in its group. In order to take third place, Ukrainians cannot drop more than one ball. In case of a tie, face-to-face meetings between the teams will be taken into account - Ukraine won the first match 2:1.

It is worth noting that Ukraine's national team is coming into this match with most members of its main line-up testing positive for Covid-19.

As we reported earlier, Ukrainian strongman Oleksiy Novikov has become the winner of the prestigious competition The World's Strongest Man.

The competition took place in Florida (USA). The second and third places in the tournament were taken by the Briton Tom Stoltman and the Canadian Jean-François Caron.

This is Ukraine’s third victory at The World's Strongest Man tournament. In 2004 and 2007, Vasyl Virastyuk also claimed this title.
