Ukrainian football teams, Dynamo Kyiv and Oleksandriya FC found out the names of their opponents in the group stage of UEFA Europa League. The draw ceremony took place in Nyon, Switzerland.
All teams that qualified for the group stage of the League are split into groups, four squads in each. All in all, there are 12 groups.
Dynamo Kyiv joined Group B, along with FC Kobenhavn, Malmö and Lugano. Oleksandriya FC ended up in Group I, where it will face KAA Gent, Wolfsburg and St.Etienne.
Previously, Dynamo reached the group stage of Europa League after losing to Brugge KV and leaving UEFA Champions League. Meanwhile, Oleksandriya made it to the competition thanks to the bronze medal of the last season's Ukrainian Premier League.
The Ukrainian teams are in different groups and, thus, cannot meet on this particular stage.
