About 2 thousand fans of Real football club returned tickets to the final of the UEFA Champions League because of problems with the placement in Kyiv. This is reported by AS.

It is noted that the leadership of the Madrid club has allocated 12, 802 tickets for the match, but more than two thousand fans refrained from a long journey to the Ukrainian capital. They explained this with problems with logistics, placement and inflated prices in Kyiv.

The match between the "Real" and "Liverpool" will be held on May 26 at the stadium Olimpiisky.

"Real" will play in the final of the Champions League for the third time in a row.

Earlier it was reported that for the day of the final match of the Champions League cost of daily rent of housing in the capital increased tens of times. Among the cheapest offers per day from 26 to 27 May are rooms from 30-40 thousand UAH (952-1270 euros).

Foreign football fans said that "the Kyiv businessmen" want to ruin people "and the fans will complain to the Union of European Football Associations".

At the same time, Ukrzaliznytsia announced that they are ready to provide football fans with rest rooms at the Central Station in Kyiv at a price of 230 to 750 UAH per day (from 8 to 25 euros). In addition, Kyivans created an initiative in Facebook to settle the city's guests, it is called Free Kyiv Couch. Its participants offer to place foreign fans at home for free.
