Shakhtar head coach Luis Castro commented on a draw with Dynamo Zagreb in Champions League. It was reported by the Miners' press service.

"All the ways are opened. We wanted to win. We were in a difficult situation where we were losing 1:2, but we managed to even the score. We achieved a draw. So we have all the opportunities. We will work a lot. Our goal – 1/8 of Champions League Finals.

Ukrainian Championship and Champions League are completely different competitions. Playing in the championship, you know that there are 32 matches. In a competition of 6 matches, teams are playing differently. If we played against Kyiv players in the Champions League, it would be completely different Dynamo.

Many people talk about Ukrainian Premier League, they are saying that the championship is not good enough. But if we look at Europe, Spain, England, Italy, and France - these are top championships that are different. Other countries are alike - so are several teams, which are competing for the championship.

I do not think that the quality of the championship reflects the situation with the goals against the other teams. There are champions playing in Champions League, there are difficult teams. We defeated Italians, played a draw with Dynamo Zagreb and lost to Man City. But it's one of the best teams in the world. And the goals conceded from such teams, that is not worth thinking about it," Castro said.

As we reported earlier, Shakhtar will play in Zagreb on November 6.
