Dynamo Kyiv FC is now looking for a new head coach who will prepare the team for the new season.
According to Dynamo Kyiv from Shurik, the current coach of Ferencvárosi Torna Club, Serhiy Rebrov, did not want to return to Kyiv. Yuriy Maksimov, who led Vorskla Poltava FC to the final of the Ukrainian Cup, is another candidate for the post.
The Kyiv club is also considering inviting a foreign specialist. At the time of the initial stage of negotiations, his name is kept secret, but, according to the source, it is well known to Ukrainian fans.
As we reported earlier, the management of Dynamo Kyiv FC dismissed Oleksiy Mykhaylychenko from the post of the team's head coach.
Oleksiy Mykhailychenko headed Dynamo Kyiv through the course of the season, replacing Oleksandr Khatskevych. Under Mykhailychenko's leadership, the Kyivites won the Ukrainian Cup and took second place in the Ukrainian championship.
Mykhaylychenko's staff was also released: Vadym Yevtushenko, Serhiy Fedorov, and Mykhailo Mykhailov do no longer work for the Kyiv club.
