The body of Vitaliy Pysanets, a judge of Kyiv Pechersk District Court, was found near Kyiv - in the Pohreba village, UNIAN reports citing Kyiv Region police spokeswoman Iryna Pryanyshnykova.

She noted that the cause of death will be established by examination.

They cannot provide additional details yet, because the case is being handled by the State Bureau of Investigation.

At the same time, Segodnya reports that there is suspicion of premeditated murder. There are no visible injuries on the body. According to preliminary information, there was no shooting or a fight. Cause of death will be established by examination.

As we reported earlier, nine people died as a result of the elevator malfunction at the Chervony Partyzan Coal Mine in Luhansk region. Another 19 were injured, three of them are in serious condition. 

He said that as a result of the tragedy, the miners mostly suffered fractures.

At the time of the accident, 25 people were in the elevator, three more were standing in the perimeter yard of the mine. They were also injured.
