Detroit Pistons' defenseman Sviatoslav Mykhailuk had a successful regular-season match against Cleveland Cavaliers.
“Svi” spent a lot of time on the court, becoming the third in the game in overall minutes of play time. And his actions brought Detroit 15 points, he also made two rebounds and executed one pass. Detroit won 127:96.
"Mykhailiuk is excellent. He is a good learner, he works hard. Each time he throws there is a feeling that the ball will hit the rim. Mykhailiuk plays confidently, does a good job. He is an additional weapon for our team," Blake Griffin, the leader of Detroit Pistons, commented on his partner's game.
As we reported earlier, Sviatoslav Mykhailiuk spent 22 minutes on the basketball court during the match against Orlando Magic. He was able to score 12 points (4/8 three-pointers), making 2 rebounds and 1 interception. This match was the most successful for Mykhailiuk in this season.
Sviatoslav Mykhailiuk has been playing in the USA since 2014. He made his NBA debut with the Lakers in 2018 but moved to Detroit last winter.
