There is a big possibility that WBO, WBA, IBF and IBO world heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua is going to choose Kubrat Pulev as his next opponent. Meanwhile, Ukrainian boxer Oleksandr Usyk will get the opportunity to fight for vacated WBO title due to Briton’s noncompliance with the organization’s obligations.

According to World Boxing News, Joshua wants to meet with the winner of Wilder-Fury rematch in later summer, meaning two stipulations either side would take over a year to complete.

If so, he will be stripped of one of his titles. Considering the fact that Joshua and Usyk share the same promoting company, it will be more profitable for the Briton to vacate the WBO title.

If everything goes wrong, Joshua will be able to get an opportunity to become a 3-time world champion in a bout against fellow Olympic Champion.

Meanwhile, Ukrainian could then face an in-house Matchroom contender. This would be either Derek Chisora or Joseph Parker – for the available championship.

As we reported earlier, Ukrainian boxer Oleksandr Usyk said that he would like to develop his acting career.

Moreover, according to former undisputed world cruserweight champion, he already has a script for an autobiographical movie.
