France accuses Russia of letting hooligans to Euro 2016 match

According to France's Sports Minister Patrick Kanner, Russian Football Association should have banned the hooligans from attending the football Championship

Several hundreds of Russian and British fans took part in massive violent clashes on Saturday in Marseille. About thirty people are injured. French police could not arrest any Russian fan. Twenty people were detained. UEFA opened the disciplinary proceeding on Russian Football Association that is going to be considered on June 14.
