Ukrainian football defender Orest Lebedenko signed in with the Spanish Segunda's CD Lugo. The team's official website reported that on Tuesday.

The 20-year-old player and the Spanish club signed the contract until 2023. Kaptaty Lviv FC that sold their defender to Lugo made approximately 700,000 Euros on the deal.

Orest Lebedenko debuted in Karpaty in 2017. He scored one goal in 23 games for the team.

Recently, Lugo sold Ukrainian Vasyl Kravets to another Spanish club CD Leganes.

Previously, Andriy Lunin, the Ukrainian goalkeeper helped his team win in Copa del Rey. Leganes faced Rayo Vallecano in Copa Del Rey. It was the return leg of the fixture in the competition's Round of the Last 32; the first one ended up in a 2-2 draw. In the first half, Rayo Vallecano got the own goal; soon after that, then got a chance to even the odds with a penalty kick. Bebe approached the ball and took his shot, but Lunin parried the kick.
