The head coach of the national football team of Ukraine Andriy Shevchenko may be the next one to lead FC Chelsea. This was reported by Le10Sport.
In the last match, Chelsea lost to Manchester City 1:3, and not it is ranked ninth in the English Championship. Roman Abramovich, the club’s owner, has already considered terminating a contract with Frank Lampard. One of the candidates for the position is Chelsea’s ex-forward Andriy Shevchenko.
Shevchenko represented the Aristocrats back in 2006-2009: he played 48 matches and scored 9 goals throughout their course.
As we reported earlier, on December 10, 2020, FIFA refreshed its ranking of the world's national teams.
The list has not changed because there have been no games among national teams since November; Belgium still comes first, France is second, and Brazil wraps up the top three. Ukraine is ranked 24th.
