The national football team of Ukraine

Four players of  Ukraine’s national football team have contracted Covid-19. This was reported by Ukrainian Association of Football.

"Four blue-and-yellow players - Andriy Yarmolenko, Viktor Tsygankov, Viktor Kovalenko and Serhiy Sydorchuk, - as well as national team manager Vadym Komardin, were infected with Covid-19," the message says.

Thus, those diagnosed with coronavirus remained in self-isolation in their hotel rooms. The rest of the team went to the pre-match training session.

Tomorrow, at about 14:00, re-PCR testing of all members of the national team will be carried out.

The next match of the Ukrainian national team will take place on November 14 against Germany.

As we reported earlier, the national football team of Ukraine had a friendly match against Poland. Through the course of the match, the Yellow-Blues were not capable of capitalizing on the mistakes, which led to a 0:2 loss.
