With no victories – and points – in the first two group-stage games of Eurobasket 2017, Ukraine’s national basketball team finally prevailed over their opponent in this tournament.
The Yellow Blues outplayed Georgians in the away game (81:88), with Denys Lukashov scoring 17 points.
Previously, Ukraine lost to Italy and Germany; however, it’s not done yet, since each team is to play another three games on the group stage. Ukraine still has to face Israel and Lithuania.
