The first gold for Ukraine in these Winter Games got freestyler Oleksander Abramenko. In the second final of ski acrobatics, Ukrainian surpassed Jia Tsunyang from China and Illia Burov from Russia.

"I tried everything, I showed everything I could, I took first place - I can not believe it, it's so cool feeling, it's simply inexpressible. Luck is very important in our sport so that everything will coincide at the right time. But nobody canceled the skill either, it's just the skill you need to show at the right time, and in your approach to make the best leap you can do. I went to the final jump and thought - at least let it be the moment when I do my best jump. So it turned out that I made it," he said after finals.
