Friday was last day for the National Team of Ukraine to win the medals in the biathlon at 2018 Winter Olympics in PyeongChang but it did not succeed.

The results of the day

National Team of Ukraine

The men team of Ukraine participated in the 4x7, 5km relay in the biathlon. Artem Pryma raised our team to the third place but then the speed and the shooting let down the Ukrainian team and we finished the ninth. Sweden won the gold medal, Norway took the gold and Germany got the bronze medal.

The other results

Men competed for the bronze medal in the curling and Switzerland won over Canada. Also, the women semi-finals took place. South Korea outplayed Japan while Sweden beat the UK.

Olympic Athlete from Russia Alina Zagitova won the gold medal in the figure skating. Her compatriot Evgenia Medvedeva won the silver medal and Kaetlyn Osmond from Canada got the bronze medal.

Kelsey Serwa from Canada won the competition in the freestyle skiing while her countrywoman Brittany Phelan got the silver medal. The bronze went to Fanny Smith from Switzerland.

The Olympic Athlete from Russia who beat the Czech Republic and Germany that won over Canada will compete in the final of the ice hockey.

 Kjeld Nuis from the Netherlands won the men's 1000m in the speed skating. Havard Lorentzen from Norway was the second and Kim Tae-Yun was the third.
