WBO International lightweight champion Denys Berinchyk will defend his title on February 22, K2 Promotions reports.

As we reported earlier, Berinchyk defeated Mexican boxer Patricio Moreno via unanimous decision.

Ukrainian was more active than his rival, and Moreno's fatigue was noticeable even at the beginning of the bout. In the 9th round, Mexican boxer could barely take Berinchyk’s punches. As a result, the judges scored this bout: 120-108, 120-108, 120-109.

In his post-fight interview, Berinchyk called out American boxers Gervonta Davis and Teofimo Lopez. "For today, I'm interested in fights with Gervonta Davis and Teofimo Lopez, conky jerk who talks too much. I think he will lose to Richard Commey and will be interested in fighting me. Let him send a contract to K2, and I will gladly kick their asses," Berinchyk brashly claimed after the fight.
