The sportsmen of the Ukrainian national team won 60 awards in seven days of the summer Deaflympics that takes place in the Turkish city Samsun. Ukrinform reported this.

According to the edition, the Kharkiv citizen Ganna Fedoseeva became the champion of the Deaflympics in the sport orienteering, karateka Karina Yanchuk from Severodonetsk and Inna Mazhara from Poltava region won the gold medals in kumite section, Oleksandr Kolodiy from Volyn region won in 25 meters fast shooting from the small caliber handgun, the athlete Dmytro Vyshynsky won in 100 meters running and Alla Dyachenko, Kateryna Kovalchuk and Dariya Velychko won in bowling.

There are 14 gold, 20 silver and 26 bronze medals under Ukrainians’ belt.

Earlier it was reported that the Ukrainian national team won its first gold medal in Deaflympics-2017.The shooter Oleksandr Kostyk from Kirovograd region handed the victory.
