Ukrainian flyweight champion Artem Dalakian defended his WBA belt in a fight against Sarawut Tavornham.

Ukrainian boxer got his victory in the 10th round. He squeezed the opponent at the ropes and the referee had to stop the fight, awarding Dalakian a victory by the technical knockout.

As it was reported, ESPN placed Ukraine's Vasyl Lomachenko first in pound-for-pound rankings. The Ukrainian enjoys the top rank, thanks in particular to his recent victory over Anthony Crolla.

Earlier, World Boxing Council (WBC) appointed contenders for the belt of world champion in lightweight which Miguel Garcia left. Ukrainian boxer Vasyl Lomachenko and English Luke Campbell would fight for the title.
