The WBO championship committee wrote a letter to Tyson Fury asking him to explain the reasons why they should not announce his title vacant. WBO chairman Luis Batista-Salas said Fury could lose his belt because of "inactivity, breach of contract and performance enhancing drugs and stimulants", BBC wrote.
As we reported, after several shifts of the date of the rematch with Wladimir Klitschko, Tyson Fury said he suffered tough depression and took a lot of drugs. He proved to be positive for drug use, as tests showed. The boxer even said he’d finish his career but refuted the statement several hours later. The Ukrainian said he'd sue Fury and his team.
