As we reported earlier, on February 22, Denys Berinchyk successfully defended his WBO International lightweight title for the third time against Argentinian boxer Hector Edgardo Sarmiento.

The fighters went through a distance of 12 rounds. Berynchyk was able to set the pace of the fight and establish ring control right at the beginning of the fight. Sarmiento was trying to counterattack, but he was falling short.
