Ukrainian top contender Sergiy Derevyanchenko (13-2, 10 KOs) is “all in” for his upcoming title shot at WBC middleweight champion Jermall Charlo (30-0, 22 KOs), Ring TV reports.

"I do not think about it as it is my third title shot. I am just focused on the fact that the title of world champion is at stake. I am always 100% ready. I am going to lie: the championship is the main goal of my entire life. I cannot describe how crucial it is for me. If it works out, I will be very happy, I will feel like Superman.

Charlo is fast, knows how to combine his punches. I have noticed that he possesses significant power in his hands. We both consider ourselves the best in the division. I believe that I will take the title from him. Apparently, you need to put a little more pressure in the middle of the fight, not only at the start and at the end. After my loss to Golovkin, I was very disappointed but soon realized that I just needed to work even harder. I learned a lesson. I know what to do,” Derevyanchenko emphasized.

As we reported earlier, WBO International lightweight champion Denys Berinchyk is scheduled to fight Romanian contender Viorel Simion on October 8.
