Basketball: Ukrainian player recognized MVP after FIBA Champions League final

Serhiy Gladyr, the defense man of AS Monaco Basket got the MVP title after the final fixture of FIBA Champions League versus Greek AEK.

The match took place in Athens; the home team seemed to show a beter performance. Monaco put up quite a decent fight, struggling for the victory. However, several mistakes that the guests allowed only increased the pullaway. Thus, AEK won the FIBA Champions League.

Gladyr scored 18 points, five rebounds and two steals for his team, which eventually brought him the said title.
