President Volodymyr Zelensky congratulated Ukrainians on Constitution Day, noting that the country begins with respect for the rights of everyone. The video was published on the Telegram channel Zelensky.

"What does it mean for me to protect Ukraine? The answer is simple - it is to protect every Ukrainian. And it is the constitutional rights of a citizen that are a hint of how to do it. We must learn to respect each other's rights. Understand that your circle of rights cannot encroach on the rights of another person. Respect the law, and not compete in ingenuity, how you can get around it," Zelensky said.

The President added that today they also celebrate Youth Day, and we must promise ourselves that we will pass on a new country to the next generation.
