Zakarpattya region, which is now in the orange quarantine zone has record-large bed occupancy rate, which results in a lack of access to oxygen stations. Healthcare Minister Maksym Stepanov sent the commission to examine the situation there. He said this himself during an evening show as quoted by Ukrainska Pravda.

"The largest occupancy of beds with oxygen is observed in Zakarpattia region, 65 percent. I'm sending my deputies to inspect the situation, because the region is close to enter the red zone", Stepanov said.

According to him, another three regions in various parts of Ukraine (Vinnytsia, Mykolaiv and Kyiv regions) also approach the red quarantine zone.
