The overall number of starving people across the globe made 821 million. Thus, every ninth individual in the world suffers from famine, reads the UN report on the state of affairs in food security and nutrition in 2018.

The paper mentions that there is an 'insignificant' progress in fighting various forms of bad nutrition; the authors claimed that the growth of this number has been visible over the past three years.

Earlier, UNICEF reported that 24 percent of children became victims of bullying at school in Ukraine in 2017, Interfax-Ukraine reports.

According to the report, girls feel the psychological pressure more often, while boys are subjected to physical violence and threats. '40% of the children who suffered, never told anybody about it,' UNICEF representatives noted.
