The organization noted that over 1,000 photos were sent for the competition and it was very difficult to make a choice. The final selection was based on the number of votes gained by photos, photographic merit and meteorological interest.
As we reported, the organizers of the Comedy Wildlife Photography Awards announced the 2020 finalists. On the photos, the animals are depicted in the most incredible and funny poses. This is the main feature of the competition. A fish that appears to smile, a bear gives a friendly wave from afar, and a very grumpy sea turtle are among the finalists. At the same time, despite the entertainment component, the main goal of the Comedy Wildlife Photography Awards is to preserve wildlife.
