Wizz Air company renews flights from Ukraine to EU countries

Wizz Air airline renewed the flights from Kyiv International Airport to Hungary, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Greece and the UK as UNIAN reported.

The sale of the tickets to the number of the European countries was renewed on June 17.

“Starting from June 17, the Ukrainian passengers may plant the trips in the next directions and to the next countries: Athens (Greece), Billund and Copenhagen (Denmark), Tallinn (Estonia), Berlin-Schönefeld, Köln, Dortmund, Hamburg, Hannover, Leipzig, Memmingen, Bremen, Nuremberg (Germany), Budapest (Hungary) and London Luton (the UK),” the message said.

Meanwhile, the company changed the rules for flights during quarantine, implementing obligatory physical distancing during the boarding and observation of the enhanced sanitary measures on the board.

Besides, the passengers should wear facial masks and the crew should wear gloves during the flight.

“Moreover, the passengers are provided with antiseptic wipes. The cabins are regularly disinfected and to observe the schedule of cleaning Wizz Air, all planes of the air company are disinfected at night with anti-viral solution,” the company said.

Earlier, Irish low-cost Ryanair airline stated about the intention to renew 24 routs to and from Ukraine for the summer season 2020. It is about half of all routes of the company from Ukraine.

As we reported, Ukraine's Foreign Ministry has been negotiating the issue of resuming air traffic with Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Georgia, Turkey, and Cyprus.
