The mechanism of global access to anti-Covid-19 vaccines will let Ukraine get the access to effective immunological drug when it becomes available. The WHO's vaccine against Covid-19 could cover 20 percent of Ukraine's needs. Viktor Lyashko, the Chief Sanitary Doctor of Ukraine posted that on Facebook after the online meeting focused on the work of COVAX mechanism.

According to Lyashko, by joining this mechanism, Ukraine wil get the amount of vaccine that would let 20 percent of the population get inoculated under a fair price or free of charge. This would let the government loose the overload on the budget and release some funds so as to inoculate other high-risk groups of population.
