The outbreak occurred on a farm in the Shuangqing district of Shaoyang city.

Also, China asked the EU for help with the supply of medicines to fight the new coronavirus.

President of the State Council of the People's Republic of China Li Keqiang appealed for "urgent assistance" to the head of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen.

It is noted that the request is addressed simultaneously to all countries that are part of the European Union.
