The experts predict warm weather for this November. The average monthly temperature is expected to be several degrees higher than the long-term average. The relevant forecast is posted on the website of the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center (Ukrhydromettsentr).
"The average monthly temperature is expected to be in the range of 1-8 degrees Celsius (in the mountains - 0-3 degrees Celsius). In the western regions it will be close to the average long-term values, in the rest of the territory - 1-1.5 degrees above the average long-term values," reads the message.
According to observations, the average monthly air temperature in November is expected to be 0-7 degrees Celsius. The average monthly rainfall, in turn, will be at 30-61 mm.
As we reported earlier, on October 14, this year's first snow fell in the Carpathians.
Low visibility, down to 50 meters, was observed at Pip Ivan mountain, due to the thick snow clouds.
The temperature fell to -4 degrees Celsius. The speed of the western wind made 19-20 meters per second.
