Ukrainians are allowed to visit parks and squares, as well as children's and sports fields on the street. The work of dentists, beauty salons and hairdressers is allowed, the activities of notaries, lawyers, psychologists are being restored. Also, summer areas of cafes and shops in the mall can work.
Weakened quarantine for points of sale of the press, printing houses, editorial offices, logistics companies in the field of paper and print delivery, as well as television and radio organizations and other entities in the field of mass media that provide media work and deliver content to the viewer and other producers of audiovisual content.
Media workers can take pictures and carry out other journalistic activities provided that no more than 50 people are involved in the production of a television product in one place and that anti-epidemic measures are observed. Under the same conditions, film and video shooting is permitted.
It is also allowed to conduct training process for athletes of the national teams of Ukraine in Olympic, non-Olympic, national sports and sports for persons with disabilities and the like - under a number of conditions.
Museums, open-air museums, and historical and cultural reserves can resume their activity without the direct reception of visitors, provided that the personnel is provided with personal protective equipment and quarantine. Direct reception of visitors, subject to the provision of personnel and visitors with personal protective equipment, may be carried out by the decision of the owner.
Also, from May 11, they will allow rehearsals, training, and other events without spectators in theaters, circuses, concert organizations, art groups, provided that more than 50 people stay simultaneously, provide participants with personal protective equipment and comply with the relevant sanitary and anti-epidemic measures.
However, a number of prohibitions remain in force. In particular, it is still not possible to move along the street in groups of more than 2 people, except for escorting children, as well as going out without documents.
