Kyiv's downtown is paralyzed with large traffic jams. An incident occurred on the heat pipeline, which broke and led to a transport collapse in the city. Kyivpastrans carrier company reported this on Tuesday evening.

A car fell in the hole in the asphalt; the technical crews reached the site to evacuate it. No human casualties were observed, as of 7 p.m. Tuesday.

Some public transport routes were blocked, and some were temporarily changed.

Several Ukrainian cities faced trouble with heating amidst the low November temperatures. Thirteen schools are closed in Kherson, southern Ukraine. The reason is the absence of heating, as the press office of the city hall reported. 'The education process is suspended due to the absence of heating in schools of Kherson from November 14 through November 17. The students of 13 schools go for a constrained vacation', the message says. The local nurseries will keep on working, as the heating will be provided with the use of electricity. As of November 13, Kherson thermal power plant still has not provided the education facilities with the heating.

Smila and Kryvyi Rih suffer from low temperatures, too. In these cities, the law enforcers opened criminal cases.
