Ukraine's weather forecasts expect that the water level in several regions across Ukraine will go up. Ukraine's Hydrometeocentre reported that on Monday.
According to the country's State Emergencies Service, on April 16, the spring floods will be observed in the basins of Desna and Verkhniy Dnipro rivers (Chernihiv region, northern Ukraine), as well as in those of Psel, Vorskla and Orel rivers (Sumy and Poltava regions, northern and central Ukraine, respectively).
The State Emergencies Service also expects a traffic violation in Horodnya district of Chernihiv region.
Besides, the water level will remain dangerously high in Vylkovo, Odesa region (southern Ukraine), where the abandoned sections of the town will be flooded; the waters of the Danube river in this area are to remain on the level of 155-165 cm.
