From November 8, Volyn region will enter the "red" zone of adaptive quarantine. The corresponding decision was made by the the State Commission on Technogenic and Environmental Safety and Emergencies, minister of the Cabinet of Ministers Oleh Nemchynov reports on Telegram page.

As of this morning, six regions, including Volyn, were in the "orange" quarantine zone. There are only three in the "yellow" zone - Zakarpattia, Kirovohrad, Ternopil. All other regions in the "red" zone.

Over the last 24 hours, November 4, 26,488 people got sick with Covid-19. The press office of Ukraine's Healthcare Ministry reported that on Friday.

The number includes 1,654 children and 488 medical workers.

5,497 people were taken to hospitals. 696 passed away. 13,281 patients recovered.

As we reported, Ukraine is hosting clinical tests of pills from coronavirus produced by Pfizer and Merck companies. This is mentioned in the order of Ukraine's Healthcare Ministry.

According to the document, one of the drugs to be tested is Ritonavir produced by Pfizer (150 mg). The tests will involve the people who contacted those who contracted Covid-19.
