Vinnytsia region is about to move to the red-level quarantine zone. Oleg Nemchinov, the Minister of the Cabinet reported that on November 15.

The restrictions that are typical for the red zone will be applied in this region on November 18. The public food services and shopping malls will be closed, and mass events will be banned. The restrictions will not be applied if all workers and visitors of respective facilities/events are vaccinated.

39.4% of Ukrainian citizens have already been vaccinated with one dose of Covid vaccine, and 28% of Ukrainians have been fully vaccinated. Minister of Health Viktor Lyashko said so during a briefing. "At least 39.4% of Ukrainians have already received the first dose of the vaccine. 28% have completed the course," Lyashko said.

The Minister added that the largest number of vaccinated was recorded in Kyiv - 61%. In addition, in the Kyiv region almost 50% of citizens are vaccinated, and in Poltava region, the number of vaccinated people makes 46% of locals.
