Van with passengers gone through asphalt, boiling water flooded Kyiv mall after heating pipeline leak. City heat power services (Kyivteploenegro) have localized the pipeline break at Antonovych St., near Ocean Plaza mall, Kyiv downtown. The press service of the services reported this.
