The vaccination campaign among people aged over 65 commenced in Ukraine. Press office of Ukraine's Healthcare Ministry reported that on April 27.

"The priority right belongs to the oldest people and individuals suffering from diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, respiratory system diseases and kidney illnesses", reads the message.

People from this category can sign in for vaccination at the nearest vaccination point. A family doctor can also sign his/her patients in for vaccination.

Over the last 24 hours, four more people received their second dose of the vaccine. In general, nine have completed the full immunization course since the vaccination campaign began in this country, said Healthcare Minister Maksym Stepanov.
