Delta IV Heavy rocket has successfully launched the NROL-82 reconnaissance satellite into orbit in the United States. United Launch Alliance stated this.

“United Launch Alliance's Delta IV Heavy rocket has successfully launched NROL-82 for the National Reconnaissance Office and United States Space Force,” the statement says.

The device is designed for the needs of the National Reconnaissance Office. The activities of this body, which monitors US intelligence satellites, are classified. Therefore, the parameters and details of the NROL-82 mission are not disclosed.

As it was reported earlier, the State Space Agency of Ukraine will pay Elon Musk’s SpaceX $ 1,99 million for the launch of the Ukrainian satellite Sich 2-30. The satellite will be launched in the year on the 30th anniversary of Ukraine's Independence.
