The US Department of Commerce banned the export of services and goods of two Russian companies, Technomar and Avilon. The document is published on the website of the US Federal Register.
It is reported that sanctions were imposed because Russian enterprises may act in violation of national security interests or US foreign policy. These enterprises purchased US goods for Technopole, which has been under sanctions since 2016, bypassing the licensing requirements.
American companies will be able to further cooperate with Russian enterprises that are under sanctions, but for this to happen, they will have to obtain special permission from the US Department of Commerce.
It is known that the Technomar company is engaged in the development and sale of computer software, and the Avilon company is engaged in the wholesale of automobiles, as well as construction and installation works.
In addition to Russian companies, the legal list also included legal entities from China, Iran, Pakistan and the UAE.
As we reported before, the Council of the European Union has officially lifted the sanctions on former Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov and former Minister of Energy and Coal Industry Eduard Stavytsky.
