Ukrainians and all foreign citizens who have a valid American visa are allowed to enter the United States. The press service of the US Embassy in Kyiv reports this on Twitter.

"If you have a valid U.S. visa and have been in Ukraine, or in another country not covered by #COVID19 related restrictions as described below, for at least 14 days prior to departure for the United States, you may travel to the United States," the American embassy noted.

If a person intends to enter the United States in transit, he/she must carefully consider the restrictions associated with COVID-19 and plan the trip accordingly.

In particular, while traveling to the United States, transit through certain countries, including Schengen countries, the UK, Ireland, China, Iran, Brazil, is still prohibited for most foreigners with visas.

However, these rules do not apply to US citizens or legal permanent residents of the United States (owners of the "green card") who are ready to return home from Ukraine.
